EMPLOYER TRAINING/WORKING BRIDGES
“The Working Bridges training is now part of all our Supervisory and Foreman training. We feel it is applicable and valuable; it’s another tool for their leadership toolbox.”

Do your supervisors understand the hidden rules and mental models of economic class? Would you like to improve employee relations and communications in the workplace?

Working Bridges offers several training opportunities including an introductory workshop titled Bridges out of Poverty, and a newly developed training for supervisors called Managing Stress and Risk: An Emerging Employee Relations and Communications Model. Both sessions help HR professionals, managers and supervisors to:
- Make connections between economic class and its impact on the workplace;
- Learn about successful workplace practices and strategies; and
- Spark change in workplace policies and practices that enhance workforce outcomes.
To date, more than 500 employer representatives have attended a Working Bridges training session.
Working Bridges is a proud partner of AHA! PROCESS, INC., the developers of the Bridges out of Poverty Workshops.
