RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
UWCC is a leading organization in Chittenden County, VT committed to engaging the community in our work, and creating lasting changes in community conditions that improve the lives of all people. We are searching for a Resource Development Director to be responsible for the day-to-day management, expansion and overall coordination of the entire range of United Way fundraising activities, to include the Annual Community Campaign; new business development; major gifts and planned giving; endowment and foundation grants. In addition, the Resource
Development Director will supervise the Resource Development staff team and serve as a leader in the Chittenden County community.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years development and leadership experience in a nonprofit, governmental or for-profit
corporate environment, with a demonstrated track record for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, meeting annual goals and consistently increasing revenues for the organization. A full job description is available at www.unitedwaycc.org.
